How to apply
You can download an application form and general College information from this page or you can contact the HR department on 01737 558051 to request a hard copy.
Please complete all sections of this application form clearly and in BLACK INK. Continuation sheets should be numbered according to the corresponding section to which they relate.
When completing the application form please also complete the detachable Recruitment Monitoring Form. This form is required as part of Coulsdon Sixth Form College's Equality and Diversity Policy. If you have any difficulties in downloading/completing this form please contact the HR department on 01737 558051.
Once you have completed your application form, please return it to: HR Department, Coulsdon Sixth Form College, Placehouse Lane, Old Coulsdon, Surrey CR5 1YA OR email it to recruit@coulsdon.ac.uk OR fax it to 01737 559893.
If posting your application please ensure you have the correct postage, particularly if you are using a large envelope. The post office will not deliver if the postage is short.
