Music

The first year in the Music AS course covers performance with your specialist instrument or voice, composition and listening and understanding. The second year A2 programme involves performing and composing, analysing music and a specialist option that could be either creating a portfolio of compositions or performing a programme to an audience. In addition to the general entry requirements for this subject you will also need at least a Grade C in Music or Grade 5 instrument.
